Director & Principal of Renovate Yourself Happy
Meet Marita, a German-born creative who began her career in the commercial art world before becoming an accomplished interior designer with experience in designing bespoke residential interiors and designing offices for international clients,
As a design educator and lover of architecture, she prioritises sustainability, Feng Shui, and re- and up-cycling.
In June 2022, Marita and her beloved dog Frieda embarked on an exciting new chapter in life moving from Sydney and settling in the breathtakingly beautiful Yeppoon.
With their warm and friendly nature, they are always ready to bring their creative vision to life, making spaces come alive with colour, harmony, and a touch of magic.

Sheba
Meet Sheba — our fluffiest team member and full-time Professional Shoe Killer. Recently promoted to Wellness Manager (self-appointed), Sheba takes her responsibilities very seriously. Her daily duties include enforcing mandatory play breaks, conducting random morale checks, and thoroughly testing the durability of any unattended footwear.
Although she’s new to the renovation world, she brings unmatched enthusiasm, unstoppable energy, and a customer greeting style best described as “full-body tail wag with zero personal space
